Review of Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint

I talked with the staff, thoroughly explaining how I am celiac and very sensitive. They made amazing accommodations, one waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten allergy and very helpful. I asked for the brisket with the broccoli salad and a baked potato. Also I asked for no bread on the tray and a glove change for my meal. She even went to the back and told the chef about the adjustments herself to make sure everything went well. 10/10.
