Review of Maru Japanese Restaurant

Seems like a husband and wife run business. Husband is sushi chef and wife is server. Wife was very knowlt about gluten free. I ordered a salad for appetizer and instead of saying I couldn't have because the dressing has gluten she made me my own dressing herself. Sushi was amazing! Great little neighborhood spot.
