Our server was very knowledgeable and let the kitchen staff know about my restrictions so they could take necessary precautions. She was very kind and I didn't feel like a nuisance. She brought me gluten free soy sauce and was very knowledgeable about my options and helped me choose and also modify a few things.Sushi was fantastic also. All around a great experience.

I’ve eaten sushi only at Maru various times with no issues. I visited on Saturday and am currently on day 2 of gluten pain, I’ve always been curious about the Hibachi that is on the GF menu. HUGE mistake. Wait staff assured me it was all good. Sushi yes, hibachi NO.

Amazing sushi and the wait staff is very knowledgeable. See pictures for a copy of their gf menu. Please note that their tempura is NOT gluten free (one of the sushi options on the gf menu has tempura in it). So as always be aware and communicate with the server. Overall would definitely recommend:)

Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their gluten free menu. Delicious food and drinks!

The staff were very accommodating to me being gluten free. They have a separate gluten free menu and alternatives for things like salad dressing, GF soy sauce. Ciders and wines available as well. Love Maru and so glad they're gluten aware!

Waitstaff and sushi chefs very knowledgeable. New cutting board, knives, makisu, and gloves are used for celiac orders.
