Maru Sushi & Grill

Ordered gluten free chicken (not breaded, they had gluten free soy sauce to cook it with) and steamed rice. They assured us gluten free. My celiac daughter got sick within 30 min of eating her meal. We just spent over a week traveling and eating out every day and she didn’t get glutened at all. Then we come back to SW Missouri where most places don’t have a clue. They said they can make any of the sushi GF, except the ones that are fried. They seem to have gluten knowledge but I would not trust them again.
