Although the crust is gluten free, the way it is prepared is not safe. The person taking my order did not know what a gluten intolerance was so I had to clarify. Staff did not know which toppings (aside from the veggies) were gluten free. All the pizza is prepped in the same place and they use the same ingredients for all the pizzas, so flour definitely had gotten into the other ingredients, including the sauce, which they use a ladle for.
