YOU GUYS! This is my favorite Italian restaurant and I just found out that they offer ALL of their pastas & pizzas with gluten free noodles/crust!
Also, the owners have celiac, so I can only assume that they're very careful about handling GF options.
I had the carbonara with GF noodles. I don't normally have a severe reaction (I have eoe) but I felt just fine after eating this dish, and it was delicious.

Review
Their pasta bolognese with gf pasta is the best I have had since going gluten free 18 months ago. The texture was perfect and I actually asked if they had possibly given me the regular pasta because I could not tell the difference.

This restaurant is phenomenal. The gluten free pasta was made to perfection and the entire meal was a 10. There were over 5 desserts including a triple berry almond cream cake that was divine. I have not had this good of pasta in years
