I mean, it’s not the worst meal I’ve had? But it was not great. Maybe they were having an off day but the chips were dripping with canola oil (genuinely there was a pool of oil at the bottom of the bowl), the drinks were pretty bad, and the vibe was weird. Tacos were really good though. Waitress didn’t seem to know what I meant when I said celiac/gluten allergy but checked with manager and then I felt okay about it based on previous review. Didn’t get sick so at least that’s a win!

New place in Evanston. Lots of gluten free options, but unfortunately no GF menu and items aren’t marked well. I had Tijuana Tostones, chips and guacamole, and ceviche. All very good. Family had non-GF options. I was concerned because the waiter wasn’t really confident, but chef/manager came out as well to give more confidence. I was expecting an issue afterwards but was perfectly fine. We will absolutely go back
