I placed a huge to-go order which was very yummy and safe to eat. However, I called 3xs in the 20 mins prior to arriving and no one answered the phone. I thought it would be crowded ( thus the reason for no answer) but there were only 2 small groups of people eating there. When I arrived I explained that I wanted to place an order to go and she showed me where the menu s were then never came back to take my order. So, slow service but great food in you’re not in a hurry!!

UPDATE: Back again 4 years later and this place is still amazing. Almost the whole menu is GF, service was knowledgeable and so good, and food was still to die for. Everything is homemade. We don’t live locally, but we’ll be changing our route to Tahoe in the future to eat here!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Don’t be fooled by it’s outward appearance and out of the way location; this place is a must-visit in every way. Server was knowledgeable and menu is entirely gluten-free other than the desserts. The food was also really, really good. Wish we lived closer!

Super delicious, plenty of GF options, no GF menu but knowledgeable staff took great care of us. No reaction, will surely be back.

OMG So good, and so many options! Clean place, super friendly and knowledgeable staff! The food is amazing and except for 2 of the desserts everything is gluten free! Aditionally, I am a big girl and the booth was super roomy. We went during peak hours (Friday night 5 days before Christmas) and even though there was a huge private party in back and plenty of other families dining, we were seated and served very quickly! We will absolutely visit this place again and again!

Fresh made corn masa tortillas Every item is gluten free except the bread pudding At least that’s the word from the Server. I had a very delicious steak plate and the 3 different salsas are excellent. The the fryer is only used for the corn masa tortillas too
