Server both times didn’t know what was gluten free except for corn tortillas. Rice and beans were unable to be verified, and he said “should be fine.” Nothing is marked on the menu. Didn’t feel comfortable eating the food. It just wasn’t good either, sadly. Margaritas, house and skinny weren’t good. No dedicated fryer. We like that it’s so close in location, however cannot recommend for gluten sensitivity, or just taste in general.

This is my go-to in Issaquah. We visit almost weekly and I have never gotten sick. Everything can be made gluten free except the flour tortillas, habanero cream sauce, and tortilla chips (still done in a shared fryer with chicken strips). The kitchen is very accommodating to avoid cross-contamination if you tell them you’re celiac. My favorite is the steak burrito bowl, but the tacos and entrees are amazing too! Highly recommend.

No separate fryer for chips. Who goes to a sit-down Mexican restaurant and doesn’t want chips & salsa? Chips are not safe for celiac or gluten intolerant.

The Arroz Con Pollo was Delicious. Only things with gluten is the flour tortillas and the jalapeno peppers. No cross contamination. I will be bringing my daughter who also can't have gluten back. Our new go to in Issaquah.
Delicious gluten free food. Staff was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Masa!!!

The staff and owner (Ryan) are knowledgable and helpful to provide gluten free options for celiacs. Corn tortillas are made in house and gluten free. Corn Tortilla chips are made in house but are not gf because they only have 1 fryer and make kids chicken strips in the fryer. Asked owner to consider buying GF chicken strips instead - so the more people that ask the better as the owner is understanding and very helpful! Fab menu and drinks! Excellent service!
