I went on recommendation of a friend. Gluten free items weren't marked, but the waiter was patient questions and wrote down allergies. I requested gluten free soy sauce and was provided "No Soy" sauce - it's a product I'm familiar with - but it was a bottle refilled with something else. I suspect the "no soy" was refilled with conventional soy sauce. I was glutened from my meal of cucumber roll, spicy tuna roll (no crunchies), and green tea.
