While menu is not marked gluten free I was able to alert them of my limitations and they walked me through all ingredients. They do not have a dedicated space in the kitchen but did discuss what procedures they would take to clean the area. It is up to each person’s comfort level but I appreciated that they took the time to talk through everything with me. They also have gluten free soy sauce and are happy to utilize that when asked and they also label it for you.
