Have been to this restaurant several times - never had an issue.

The staff was able to point out things that was safe ( which was the majority of the menu).

Great Indian lunch buffet. Most Indian food does not contain gluten as it is a rice based diet. They have yummy chickpea flour samosas that do not contain wheat flour, but no dedicated fryer. The only gluten on the line was the naan and a donut like desert. Lots of options for those who do not require a dedicated facility. Food was great.
