I’m not sure if they use a separate fryer, but they do offer several dishes that are gluten and dairy free. I’m sure that the dish made for me did not contain either. The waiter was very knowledgeable about their menu and was able to make several recommendations.

There are at least three different meat entries that are gluten and dairy free. There is one appetizer that is deep fried with chickpea flour, but I didn’t ask if they used a separate fryer.

They don’t have a dedicated gf menu, but there are a number of gluten free options, including the soups and many entrees. I have eaten here multiple times and I have never felt sick
