This Indian food is excellent! They have a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes plus, I thoroughly grilled the manager about food prep. They cook their pitas in an oven away from food prep area as well as having a different person handling only the pitas and nothing else. Restaurant knows allergies. Admittedly, I won’t ultimately know if there’s even a hint of cross contamination until the next blood test as I get no reaction from contamination.
