Had a great experience. They had gluten free bread and gluten free rolls that they substituted without additional charge. Server the first night was very knowledgeable about allergy precautions. Kitchen staff took great care to wash each pan before cooking my food.

I discussed gluten free options and the ended up putting a dish of gravy and a roll on My plate

They don’t understand gluten free. They wanted to serve me hamburger steak with gravy. Told them I could not have it. They told me there were 3 options on the menu but after they said what they were I realized they were not gluten free

Had breakfast there. Had gluten free toast that could be made as French toast. Waiter showed us the bread they used and was very open and understanding. Great to have an option when staying on the mountain.
