They’ll make you whatever kind of roll you want, but a lot of the sushi on the menu is naturally GF. Servers understand celiac and provided GF soy sauce. Service was excellent, the fish was high quality, and it came out quickly. It’s also fairly inexpensive for being in the airport. I will definitely eat here again.
