The bbq is excellent but ive eaten here 3 times and was “glutened” every time unfortunately. I have celiacs, and asked them to prepare it separately, change gloves, etc. but unfortunately I still got cross contamination or something. I love bbq so i kept coming back but had to stop.

Overall though their food is incredible - but celiacs be very cautious.

By far the best brisket in Portland. Pulled pork was delicious also. Not too much of the menu contains gluten, but it is a small food truck so there is a chance of cross-contamination.
