Maud's Tavern

Specifically told server about celiac disease and gluten issue. She brought gf menu and owner came to table to explain how seriously they take gluten free. Food comes out and wife eats a French fry and begins breaking out and feeling sick. Call the server, she says, "oh yeah, the fries aren't gf, but it's just the fries". Then the owner comes to "apologize" and states "well for most people it's just a fad, so..." Never again! Horrible experience!

Pretty large GF menu for a regular restaurant. Call ahead if you want fries though. My pasta was good and I didn't get sick! I'll be back!

had a burger with potatoes and mixed veggies. I wish the potatoes pirtion was a bit bigger, they only gave me 4 small slices. otherwise it was delicious!!

Excellent food in a very comfortable surrounding. Lamb chops were cooked to perfection, as was my wife's salmon filet. Gluten free carrot cake was moist, firm and tasty. The owner came around to see how we liked everything and chatted for a few. Lots of repeat customers in the restaurant; we'll be back as well

Amazing food! They accommodated me, I am a gluten free vegan. They even have gluten free beer. Owner and chef does fantastic job! A must visit and try!!!!

Lots of gluten free options! Coconut cake is amazing.
