Staff is knowledgeable as family members have Celiac Disease. They always make my breakfast in a separate pan instead of directly on the griddle due to cross contamination. Very reasonable prices and the food is delicious! One note: they have GF bread but they don't have a separate toaster so not safe for Celiacs but they were aware and advised me during the ordering process. I've never gotten sick after eating here.
