Review of Maui Mike's Fire-Roasted Chicken

Dedicated fryer and they used a separate cutting board for my food. Really helpful and open kitchen so you can see how everything is prepared. They didn’t set out to be a GF place, but enough people have asked that they seem to know their stuff. I felt comfortable eating here (which is rare).
