My husband notified the luau when he made our reservation that there were two celiacs in our group. They seated us at Table # 1, so we were called to the buffet line first. There were three buffet lines available. We were the first people to get food from the buffet line that we chose. We were told which four items to avoid on the buffet line by our waitress when we were first seated, plus the buffet line had signs stating which items were gluten free. After we went through the buffet line, our waitress brought us a plate of white rice ( the fried rice was not safe), plus a plate of beef, chicken, pork, and fish. We had plenty to eat. My daughter and I were brought a special dessert of fruit and coconut(?) cream, since the other three desserts all contained gluten. The show was awesome and most importantly we were not glutened. The luau was a great experience!

I am sooo glad I let them know upon booking about having Celiac. There are a few choices on the buffet and the server, Gabriel brought me my own dinner where everything was safe! Worth the trip and price. Amazing luau!

We really wanted to go to a Luau but with my daughter (14yrs) being celiac we were worried about the buffet. We were pleasantly surprised they would make her her own plated and covered gluten free meal. When we were called up to the buffet they brought her her own meal with chicken breast, fish, rice and fresh carrots and broccolini. She said it was the best meal she had on Maui! We brought her own dessert.
