There is very little done to prevent cross-contamination. The past is cooked in its own water. That is the only thing done. I ordered the gluten free pasta with oil and garlic. When I got to the last little bit, there was a piece of linguine in my bowl. They tried to say it was in the sauce (I didn't have sauce). I spoke with the owner and he stated that if you are sensitive or have Celiac, they can not guarantee no cross-contamination.

I get the Mediterranean salad and it is terrific! They have a homemade lemon salad dressing that is light and tasty.

I wanted to love this place. The appetizers were great but the waiter was unsure about literally everything. Ordered a seafood dish, sub gluten free pasta. It came out and I knew. I asked and the waiter said "I'm pretty sure it is" I had him go check, I'm a super sensitive celiac. It was not. So they take it back. It came back suspiciously quick. I commented on how quickly it was done and they had just moved the seafood from the other dish onto the gf pasta. Waiter goes back to the kitchen. "We can just make you something else." They wouldn't make that meal again for me, correctly. At that point I was mad. I just wouldn't trust it unfortunately. Also the desserts were freezer burnt.

Now my friend's food was amazing according to him, but he can have gluten.

I was diagnosed with celiac over 20 years ago, and this is the best GF pizza I've had anywhere. Delicious, good texture, foldable, customizable. I've requested GF white pizza with spinach and ... O.M.G. ... sooooo good. I've had plain cheese pizza and with a variety of different toppings, and Maurizio's always gives me a quality, safe product.

The owner and his staff are very customer-oriented. You may pay more for your food, but the experience is worth it. Food is high-quality and service is always on point. The kind staff is smiling, and treats every customer with pleasantries. This is a local business totally worth supporting.

I have eaten here many times without a problem. They have GF pasta and really great GF pizza. Try the GF chicken balsamico pizza!

Staff is knowledgeable and kitchen can make many of the pasta dishes with gluten free pasta and without the roux. GF pizza also very good. Been here many times and have never gotten sick. GF clearly marked on the menu.
