A small family owned Latin American restaurant. It is tucked into a suburban strip mall but is well worth the search to find it. Chef Will has spent a lot of time in big name gourmet restaurants and is now out headlining his own kitchen. He is knowledgeable in dietary restrictions and food allergies, plus the majority of the menu is naturally GF. Only the quesadillas and the occasional special contain gluten. The papusas & birria tacos are my fav. My kids live the chicken nachos.
