Staff will cook gluten free pizzas in the same coal fired oven as other pizzas, however they do take other precautions to avoid cross-contamination (I.e. prep and cook on an aluminum tin)

Amazing pizza and great service. They have a good gluten free crust. I usually go into restaurants with low expectations for taste and quality but I very much enjoyed my meal and will be going back soon!

Beautiful and clean restaurant with nice outdoor seating (unsure if this is typical for them or if it’s a temporary modification).

Had the GF pizza from the Sudbury restaurant and it was sub par. Crust was soggy and so bland. They’re toppings are great but that can’t help a terrible crust. So many better pizza options out there.
