Although there aren't gluten free options marked on the menu, it was easy to find several gluten free options. They also offer Gf rolls, not marked on the menu. Many of the seafood options are gluten free since they're steamed or grilled. The fries are made in a shared fryer but otherwise gluten-friendly. Our waitress was also very knowledgeable about what menu items were Gf.

They no longer have a gluten free menu. The waitress was very knowledgeable and was able to go through the menu and tell me if something had hidden gluten. Unfortunately, there was only 1 item that turned out to be gluten free, which was the seafood paella (one of the most expensive dishes on the menu). It was delicious, a 10 out of 10, but I would have preferred more options (and a lower price point). They also used to have gluten free rolls for the table, which they no longer have.

While they have a gluten free menu and state that they make every effort to keep gluten free items separate from other items, my experience was not acceptable. I ordered from the gluten free menu and found wheat pasta in my dish in the broth after I started eating. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY. They apologized and took it very seriously when they were made aware, which is why I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1, but I feel it is important for anyone with celiac to know that the potential for this type of direct contamination is possible and has happened at this restaurant.

They have a separate GF menu and it’s quite extensive. I had the calamari, steamers / mussels, and oysters but could have had much more. The server was helpful and made a point of letting me know the kitchen would be notified. The food was delicious and worth the price.

Lots of gluten free options. We went for St Patty's day and they even had some gluten free options on their special menu. Our waitress was knowledgeable and accommodating. Very good experience.
Very GF knowledgeable. Great GF bread. I'm very sensitive and have never gotten sick. I am careful to state it's an allergy and not a preference and they have always been fantastic!
Absolutely the best Gluten Free seafood menu in Connecticut. Warm ambience. Friendly, knowledgable staff. Unbelievable food. A vast Gluten Free menu including GF dinner rolls that were served warm, GF soup options, salad options, appetizers, raw bar, and several GF desserts. Don't miss this restaurant.
