When I went in and inquired about their gluten free pizza options, they assured me that they cook the pizza on a separate surface and take care to change their gloves and use clean utensils when prepping the meal. The hostess informed both my server and the kitchen of my allergy to make sure extra care was taken. The gluten free pizza was good, and I really appreciated the efforts they took to avoid cross contamination!
