I usually just go here for drinks, and was nervous when I decided to order food here the other day - I try to avoid eating at restaurants that aren’t entirely gluten-free or don’t have a dedicated gluten-free space (I’ve been cross-contaminated too many times). However, I told the waitress about my Celiac and dairy allergy, she asked the chef numerous questions for me, and when I decided on something “safe” (plain rice noodles), the chef offered to add some Celiac-safe/dairy free vegetables, chicken, and sauce, all prepared in clean/separate dishes. I took him up on his offer, and the meal was so tasty! The chef even came out after preparing my food to check in on me and to make sure I liked it, and I was so impressed! Huge thank you to my waitress and the chef I had that night - I only wish I had gotten their names!
