Review of Maximum Zen

Spoke to the owner, she uses the same pans (washed between) for gf and non gf options. There is not enough space to separate gluten and non gluten dishes. She does her best to keep items separated. Would be good for someone without CD. Highly recommend the passionfruit lemonade though!
