We dined at this lovely restaurant last evening. They have a GF menu, good Mexican choices, delicious good. The hostess and waitress were GF knowledgeable and also kind. A great GF choice.
— Separate gluten-free menu
Went with high hopes and we ended walking out after we ordered. 1. Just because they have a gf menu, doesn’t make them truly gf. 2. Appetizers are served with homemade corn chips that are deep fried in the same grease as all the other gluten containing foods. We ordered one only to find out they don’t have gf chips to serve it with. 3. We ordered two items off their gf menu, only to have the waitress return to our table 3 times to let us know that the items we ordered are truly not gf due to the seasonings and or sauces and the sides. 4. So again, not safe to eat here. The manager confirmed that everything is cross contaminated and can’t be kept separate. 5. After 5 total trips back to us from our waitress and manager informing us of the truly lack of gf items, we decided to leave. We were truly excited to enjoy a meal out, but the high chance of getting sick, just isn’t worth it.

Food is amazing! They have a separate gluten free menu so it’s easy to know what you can eat. I’ve had the Ahi Tuna, Ceviche, enchiladas and fajitas all great. They said not to eat the chips

The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and had a gluten-free menu. The waitress told me to avoid chips since fryer is shared with gluten. I ordered the ahi tuna steak and my partner had the crab enchiladas. Both are sooo delicious and GF, plus there also are several more options to try!!
