I asked the bartender about gf drinks and if he didn't know he went and looked. I got the Truman Bulldog burger with no cheese on gf bread and it was only $1 upcharge for the bread. It was so good and the bread was incredibly soft. They were very understanding about it all needing to be gf. I didn't have any issues at all. Amazing service and amazing food.

No fried items due to cross contamination, but many of their menu items can be prepared gluten free. I’ve eaten there several times with no issues. I do, as always, alert my server to the need for caution during preparation. They seem to understand and take careful steps.
