The menu was replete with symbols for several types of allergies and food categories, so my first impression was very positive. When I saw a long list of fried appetizers, I was intrigued. However, one fried appetizer was not tagged as gluten free. I asked the server, and he explained that the gluten free items were fried in a separate fryer. I ordered what was essentially fried donuts, and they were wonderful. I also ordered one of their dinner specials that normally comes with naan. The server substituted appam (pancake made from rice batter) for the naan. I'd never heard of appam, but it was delicious. The entire meal was amazing, and I felt great afterwards. I'd definitely come back here again to try different items.
