Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant

Staff is not knowledgeable. Almost everything in menu is flagged gluten free but they do not have a dedicated fryer so the corn tortilla chips & taco shells are not GF. This place was our favorite Mexican restaurant but we won't be returning...it is not a safe option for those with Celiac.

We enjoyed what we ate, but be aware that even though the nachos are marked GF on the menu, the chips are NOT fried in a dedicated fryer and thus aren't safe. Because of that, we decided that our first visit would be our last. They show a lack of understanding of what gluten free really means, and don't trust the menu.

Great food but pay attention. Ground beef is not gluten free and the staff is not very knowledgeable. I had the chicken crema with no issues.

A ton of the items on the menu are marked GF and their chips are safe to eat as well. The food was delicious.
