Mazzio's Italian Eatery

I was recommended this restaurant and was highly disappointed. Before ordering I asked if there are risks of cross contamination. I was told sometimes they get lazy and don't get clean the utensils but she could be sure they did. After that I couldn't be sure that the toppings weren't cross contaminated so I got to sit and watch everyone else eat because we are 3 hours from home. I would not recommend this place to anyone that is gluten free because they have to be

I did not try the cauliflower crust pizza. I just got the salad bar and it was very messy, lots of potential cross contamination. I just did lettuce right when they brought it out and put dressing on it and I got sick. I tried to ask the cashier questions before I got that and he looked like he was 13 years old and was totally clueless. There are not many options in my this area and I hadn't eaten all day and was starving. I should have just grabbed a bag of chips from the quickie Mart...

I ordered the buffet and they made me 2 cauliflower gluten free crusts with no extra charge! It tasted amazing and i felt so special!

Wonderful experience for a celiac. Cauliflower crust with flavor! Took every precaution they could and I feel great as a celiac. Will be back!

Mazzios cauliflower crust gluten free pizza is really goid!

This place is very good at accommodating GF. The manager has celiac and has trained staff to do their best to clean and prep for GF allergies. They can bake wings and fries. They also have a gf pizza option. In addition, they have a good salad bar with most options being GF.
