Both my wife and son are celiac. The server was very knowledgeable and explained that they have different procedures for individuals who are celiac or have a gluten allergy. My wife had nachos. My son had a chicken sandwich with fries. Although they were fairly busy and have a shared kitchen, they baked fries in the oven on a separate sheet and were carefully to avoid cross contamination as best we could tell. Neither my wife or son got glutened!

Their menu has one page entirely GF. My daughter loves the chicken parm over GF penne pasta. Beautiful drive. Menu on line so you can call ahead for take out!
