I was served regular bread after discussing my gluten free needs and ordering a gluten free sandwich. Luckily, I’m not celiac but it certainly did a number on me….

I was given regular wheat bread at this location causing me anaphylaxis. I asked multiple times about safety and they assured me. This place had about the worst service ever. Poor management. Maybe another McAllister’s is good but this location is horrible.

Their website & app has a list of gluten free foods!! Their gluten free bread is great, we can get our favorite sandwiches!!!

The sandwiches here are quite pricey for what you get. For example, the 4 cheese sandwich has exactly that - 4 small slices of cheese. Paltry for the price. More importantly, this McAlister's does NOT offer gluten free bread, and the employees are completely uninformed about gluten. I placed 3 orders before they finally conceded that they did not offer gluten free - which had been my first question. Disappointing!

The food here is good. My only gripe might be more with this app and where they get their info. There is no "Gluten Free" menu. The menu doesn't even tell you if an item has gluten. When I asked if they had a GF menu they handed me a laminated copy of the allergies. The only menu items on here were sandwiches which all clearly have gluten.

My Wife and I love this place. Great variety and very tasty.

From VA visiting the area. Loved their baked potatoes. Precaution was take.

I had a gluten free sandwich and the bread was good. It was soft and didn’t fall apart. There also salads and baked potatoes that are gluten free. The menu has an icon to show which items are gluten free. None of the soups or desserts are gluten free, sadly.

Absolutely amazing. They asked if it were an allergy or preference and when I told them I had celiacs they immediately told the kitchen. These sandwiches are amazing. The bread is so good. Highly recommended.
