My daughter ordered a sandwhich with gluten free bread per the gluten free menu. When the cooks saw the order they said they don't have gf bread. We showed them the menu. They made an excuse as to why they don't have it. The cook came out and suggested my daughter get wheat bread or cibatta. We explained she has Celiacs and is allergic to gluten, he said, "I don't know what that is!" Frustrated, my daughter ordered something else and they charged us for the additional item. Never once apologized. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
"Gluten-free menu" but when you ask them anything about gluten they're clueless. I just ordered a side of lunch meat and left. Would not return. Cross contamination is highly likely here, unfortunately.
After conversation with manager, nothing safe from serious cross-contamination.
From VA visiting the area. Loved their baked potatoes. Precaution was take.

I had a gluten free sandwich and the bread was good. It was soft and didn’t fall apart. There also salads and baked potatoes that are gluten free. The menu has an icon to show which items are gluten free. None of the soups or desserts are gluten free, sadly.

Absolutely amazing. They asked if it were an allergy or preference and when I told them I had celiacs they immediately told the kitchen. These sandwiches are amazing. The bread is so good. Highly recommended.
