Review of McAlister's Deli

Horrible!!! Do not go here. So sad because I was really excited to have one of my old favorite sandwiches again on gluten free bread. I asked for it not to be toasted. It came out toasted. I very nicely said isn't it toasted on the same thing other bread is toasted. Well yes. I said I can't eat that. So the lady sent it back and said can you put un toasted bread on it. Still it's been cross contaminated but I give up at this point. Got back to my hotel and peel off the bread and there is the bottom to the gluten bread on my sandwich. So do they have these things pre made and just peel it off the gluten bread and slap it on the gluten free bread and call it good??
