This is about the Jefferson Pointe location. They think Celiac is big joke. Manager Louie took my order and could barely contain his disdain at my request my sandwich be made on a GF surface. After I paid he turned to girl making sandwiches and told her that the customer has a SERIOUS GLUTEN ALLERGY (with clear overexaggeration and sarcasm) and she laughed... but, oops, I was still standing there. Manager had to save face so he insisted they were joking about something else, then proceeded to tell me that he wasn't going to make his employees stop having fun at work. That is 100% their priority, not the customer.

Ordered the ultimate nachos and was contaminated! Staff seemed offended I was ordering gluten free. Would never return.

I had a gluten free sandwich and the bread was good. It was soft and didn’t fall apart. There also salads and baked potatoes that are gluten free. The menu has an icon to show which items are gluten free. None of the soups or desserts are gluten free, sadly.

Absolutely amazing. They asked if it were an allergy or preference and when I told them I had celiacs they immediately told the kitchen. These sandwiches are amazing. The bread is so good. Highly recommended.
