I order the Italian on Gluten Free bread. I also get the potato salad and a pickle. In the 6 years I’ve been eating here I only had one reaction and they were EXTREMELY busy that day. I always tell them It is for a Gluten Allergy before I order and then ask them to let the cooks in the back know. They are very careful.

Went here because of review and didn't fare so well. They seemed confused in handling my sons sandwich, when he simply asked for a ham and cheese on gluten free bread with mayonaisse. Explained that they would need to change gloves and be very careful, told them about gluten and to be very careful. Even used the word allergy, because I thought they would get it then. Then I ordered a grilled chicken salad and told them the same. Also said please no croutons, although it wasn't listed in description of salad. However, when it came there were croutons on it. I told them please take it back and make me another. When it was brought I found little tiny crumbs of bread(croutons) as though they only picked it off. Then to top that off, they forgot we ordered drinks. First time at this location and definitely last time. They need better educations on contamination especially being they are offering gluten free bread options.

Love that there is a sandwich shop with gluten free bread. Can build your own sandwich as well. Good substitute for Panera Bread. Not many soup options, but offer baked potatoes as a side. Delicious! And the staff is very friendly and attentive!!!

Hit or miss. I’ve been lucky the past few times, but my first time going I got very sick. I gave them another shot and since then i’ve been good! I get the Savannah copped salad and it’s so good! They have gf bread, salads, and potato’s!

They have an allergy option on their app, also a choice of GF breads with the sandwiches. Giant spuds and salads are also good options.

I have not had any issues here. I know chains are risky, but I’m addicted to the nacho basket and chef salad (no croutons). Have never had symptoms from it.

Served by the General Manager. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Made sure to label everything as an allergy. Spoke to kitchen staff. Made sure I knew it was a shared kitchen but they remove the breads and clean down and change gloves before preparing my food (with new food to avoid prior cross contamination.)
