I called ahead to inquire about their “gluten friendly” options on their menu. A manager told me they had celiac-safe options which I was thrilled about! He said a family member had Celiac and ate there all of the time, and that they were very safe.
When we got their, the server was very knowledgeable, noting right away they did not have a dedicated fryer (their fries were beer battered any way). But she was also aware of other side dishes that would pose risks due to cross contact, and that the sauce in one of their burgers would not be safe. I got their signature burger with a good GF bun, and broccoli as a side. The burger was amazing! They also had GF mac and cheese that looked good, but I did not ask about if the noodles were cooked in clean water. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
