Entire restaurant is gluten free and healthy - no added sugar! Tasty with good sized portions. I recommend the sweet potato side dish!

Went here for dinner while in Jacksonville and was super impressed. Fully gluten free kitchen, so we didn’t have to clarify I had a gluten allergy. So many options that you can customize. I made my own salad and it was a little on the pricey side but so worth it because the food was delicious and the salad was huge!

By far the BEST meal I had on my entire vacation! Completely GF and extremely tasty and fresh! Try the sweet potatoes! So wonderful to not get bloated and sick after eating out. I wish I lived closer… I’d be here everyday!

The food was delicious! My nephews ,who have celiac, LOVED it. They were a little overwhelmed by all the options, because this was the first time in a long time that they could order anything off the menu. We'll definitely be back!

I found my favorite new restaurant! While they do not publicize it widely, McFlamingo is 100% gluten-free. Not a single thing that comes into the restaurant has gluten in it (except canned beer). No cross contamination because there is nothing glutinous to contaminate with. The food is spectacular. Fresh, hearty, large portions, wonderfully complex flavors. The hummus is the best I’ve ever had. It redefines hummus! Prosecco on tap a plus too! Everything is delicious!
