Review of MCM Protein Bar

I think everything here is gluten free! It’s not marketed as gluten free but I haven’t run into any gluten containing items yet. I’ve tried their gf crepes, donuts, and tarts. All were great. They specialize in high protein recipes, many low sugar options. Good smoothies and other drinks too.
