We told the wait staff we had a child with celiac; they immediately sent the manager out who confirmed and said “that’s what we specialize in!” They have a Sous chef with celiac and are VERY cognizant of cross-contamination. They have a dedicated GF fryer and a separate dedicated oven for the GF pizza. Could not have made us feel more comfortable, and no stomach issues after!
