Gluten knowledgeable and separate pans and utensils used in front of me to prepare, great effort taken to avoid cross contamination, they knew what did and did not contain gluten. Obviously trained to take care.
Oh, the food is tasty too, lol!

The meatballs are delicious! Staff is knowledgeable concerning foods with gluten. Staff changed gloves. They have several sauces you can choose and the gf pasta was coked perfectly. I loaded up on the mozzarella and parmigiana cheeses.

GF pasta cooked fresh in a separate pan. Fabulous GF meatballs. Fresh, clean tongs were used to grab the meatballs. I did see an open container of flour used for calamari, but it was in a separate area from the toppings. For fast food pasta, it was fabulous. Meatballs are REALLY tasty!
