Review of Mecha

Mecha is one of my Go-Tos for Gluten Free eating. The pho noodles are rice noodles, you can also substitute them in ramen dishes. I always make the server aware of a gluten intolerance and they are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Usually the server will ask themselves which is nice as well!
