The Cafe is in a separate building from the co op store and I’m leaving a review for the café not the grocery store. The café has gluten-free bread and can make any sandwich on gluten-free. All the meats are gluten-free. They also have salad options that can be made gluten-free and sometimes the soup is GF— read ingredients to see. No GF baked goods. The big disadvantage is that gluten-free things are not marked on the menu (most things in the menu say “contains wheat”) so you have to ask and talk about it. (However, everything on the menu is discussed as to vegan options; thus, the café seems much more geared towards creating vegan options than gluten-free, but you still can find gluten-free things to eat.) I had one of their hot sandwiches on GF bread: it is offered with either chicken ,roast beef or a vegan meat as well as provolone cheese, sautéed red peppers, mushrooms and onions and pesto. It was delicious! But needed some salt.
