Bowls are 100% gluten free, and they are prepared separately from the sandwiches so there is no cross contamination. Portions are large and everything I've tried has been delicious. Be sure to get the sauces!

Food is simple but really good. Meat is always very tender. I find many restaurants screw up pulled pork but these folks get it right! Get the spicy sauce on the side. Ordered here many times, delivery service and dine in. Never glutened.
