Server seemed knowledgeable. Really the only option for celiacs is eggs or one of the omelets and the only safe side is fruit. The server said they request a clean pan to avoid cross contamination. Unfortunately, as I was eating, I noticed what looked like crumbs on one side of my plate as if they had placed toast there out of habit and then removed it
