Staff was very knowledgeable—there aren’t a ton of gf options, but there’s plenty and the food was good!

Their menu does not specify GF options but when I called they indicated they could accommodate GF and that when I talked to the server to let them know and they would walk me through the options. They did a great job of bringing out a manager to discuss options but when the meal arrived and I tested with my Nima it found gluten. 3rd line on Nima was faint and I would guess this was just a case of cross-contact. But still, this restaurant kitchen is not able to handle true GF. Definitely NOT celiac safe! They did remove charge from bill.

I’ve given this restaurant a shot more than once and this will be the last time. Server seemed over-confident in what gluten-free was but his answer made me nervous. Talked to the manager to be sure and got a similar answer. I did not feel confident ordering here and another person in our party had several allergies. Even after speaking to our waiter very clearly about this, her food came with the allergens on top of her steak. There are many good restaurants in Princeton - this is just not worth the risk until they figure it out!
