There is no need to prevent cross-contamination of gluten. Because this bakery does not prepare anything that is NOT gluten free. They also do dairy-free options however, and make a great deal of effort to prevent cross-contamination between the dairy and the non-dairy foods. And they have nut free as well. You just have to ask. My only complaint is that they're gluten-free white bread falls into crumbs by day three. And no matter how delicious it might be I can't eat it all by day three. I'm just one lady.
